"Site was SO annoying to use"
I was just trying to order a replacement part, but the website was driving me nuts. Pages kept loading super slow, and the filters didn’t really work the way they should. I had to click around Forever just to find basic info, and checkout on my phone felt really clunky. I ended up giving up and ordering it somewhere else.

It works fine for what I need, and I think other customers would probably find it useful too. That said, the plastic parts feel a bit weaker than I expected, so I’m not sure how well it’ll hold up with heavier use.
"Feels fine at first, then gets annoying"
At first I thought it was going to be comfortable, but after using it for a bit, the handle started hurting my hand quickly. It almost feels like they focused more on making it look nice than making it easy to actually hold for longer than a few minutes.

"Arrived crushed and frustrating to deal with"
The box showed up completely crushed, and the packaging was so flimsy that the tool had actually poked through it. I felt like I was begging for a basic level of care in how it was shipped, which is frustrating. It left me feeling resentful because this seems like something that should’ve been handled better from the start.

"Shipping was quick, but I felt a bit ignored"
The order actually showed up faster than I expected, just one day later than the email said. Delivery-wise, I’m still happy overall. I just wish the communication had been better, because when I had a question, it kind of felt like no one was really paying attention.

"Not what I expected in the box"
I ordered two garden shears, so I was expecting a straightforward delivery. The packing slip even showed the right order, but inside the box was some random replacement blade instead. I figured customer service would sort it out quickly, but that ended up taking way longer than I expected too. Frustrating experience overall...

"I picked up this fiskars garden tool..."
I picked up this fiskars garden tool last year, it hasn’t not impressed me so far. The handle still feels sturdy, and the blade hasn’t gotten loose or rusty or anything. I use it most weekends, and I’m definitely not gentle with it. I’m giving it 4 stars just because the grip started wearing down a little sooner than I figured it would. Other than that, it’s been a solid buy...

"Return process was kinda frustrating"
I tried returning something I bought from fiskars.com, and it was kinda frustrating. The instructions weren’t very clear, it took a long time to hear back, and I kept having to check what I was supposed to do next. For what should’ve been a simple return, it felt like way more effort than it needed to be. I still haven’t gotten my refund yet, so I don’t think I’ll order directly from them again.

"Didn't last long, and the communication was frustrating"
I was disappointed with this Fiskars tool. It stopped working way sooner than I expected, and it never felt that reliable to begin with. What made it more annoying was that the information around it wasn’t very clear, so I wasn’t sure what to expect or what the next step was when it started acting up. I expected better from Fiskars.

"Scissors got dull way too fast"
I ordered a pair of Fiskars scissors from Fiskars, and at first they seemed fine. They handled paper without much trouble, but once I tried using them on fabric, they started snagging and making the whole job more annoying than it needed to be.
For the price, I expected them to stay sharp longer. The handles are comfortable, but now I feel like I’m doing extra work just to get a clean cut, which is frustrating. I’m disappointed because I thought these would be more reliable...

"I bought this maybe a week or..."
I bought this maybe a week or two ago, I can’t remember the exact day, but it didn’t last long at all. The blade feels flimsy, and the plastic cracked after just a little use. For the price I wasn’t expecting anything amazing, but I still thought it would hold up better than this.
"Looks good, but not the easiest to use"
It has a really clean, simple look, which I do like. But after using it for a while, some parts start to feel a little awkward. Not terrible or anything. Just kind of feels like the style got more attention than the comfort. Overall, it works fine.

"Solid garden tools, but watch out for the lock"
I picked up a pair of Fiskars pruners and a small hand trowel for working in the garden, and overall they’re decent. The pruners feel sturdy and cut through my rose stems without much effort, which was a nice surprise.
The handle is comfortable enough to use for a while, but just a heads-up: the lock on the pruners can be a little annoying. Mine gets stuck here and there, so if that kind of thing bothers you, it’s something to keep in mind.
I’m still happy with the purchase and they seem like they’ll hold up for regular yard work. They’re not perfect, but for everyday gardening, they do the job well enough...
"Pretty solid customer service, surprisingly enough"
I had a small issue with my order, so I emailed Fiskars expecting it to disappear into the corporate void like these things usually do. But weirdly enough, they got back to me faster than I thought they would and actually fixed it without making me jump through a bunch of hoops. I did have to follow up once, which made me wonder if there’s some secret system where only the second email gets their full attention, but in the end it worked out. Not perfect, but good service.

"Works okay, but the rules feel a bit messy"
It works fine overall, but it definitely takes some getting used to. What bugs me most is how some of the policies seem to have little loopholes, so you think you understand how it’s supposed to work, then suddenly there’s an exception or workaround that makes it confusing. Not terrible, just not as straightforward as I expected.

"Warranty process felt like a runaround"
I tried using the warranty on fiskars.com for a broken tool, and it was way more frustrating than it needed to be. It took forever to get a response, and when they finally replied, they asked for more photos and details that I’m sure I had already sent. At some point it started to feel like they were just dragging it out and hoping I’d give up. I’ve liked some Fiskars products before, but this warranty experience really turned me off. If this is how they handle support, I don’t see myself buying from them again

"Cuts well, but it has its limits"
I’ve been using it a bit and it definitely cuts well for most things. The blade are sharp enough, but when I tried it on thicker stems, it struggled a little. Still decent overall, just not perfect...

"Blade was already dull when I opened it"
I was disappointed with this. Right out of the box, the blade just didn’t feel sharp at all, which was surprising because I’ve usually had decent experiences with Fiskars products. I tried making a few simple, basic cuts just to test it out, nothing heavy-duty or unusual, and it kept snagging instead of slicing cleanly. At first I thought maybe I was holding it wrong or using the wrong angle, but after a few tries it was clear the blade was just dull. It’s annoying because when you buy something like this new, you kind of expect it to be ready to use without having to sharpen or mess with it first

"Couldn’t find a simple replacement spring"
I tried to get a replacement spring for my Fiskars pruner a while back, maybe sometime in March or April, I can’t remember exactly, and it was way more frustrating than it should’ve been. The website just kept sending me around in circles and I never actually found the part. For something so basic, I expected it to be easy. i probably won’t buy another one.
